Alarm Response/Keyholding
Let us look after your keys ..............
There can be nothing more annoying/time consuming or for that matter, potentially dangerous then allowing your staff to respond to your work premises in order to answer an alarm activation.
Alarms can obviously activate at any hour of the day or night. If a member of your staff is allocated to attend such an alarm they never know whether it is a false alarm or somewhat of a more sinister nature.
Your staff are obviously not trained to deal with what could be a very dangerous situation. In addition, if they are called out in the middle of the night they may well be unable to attend work the next day, thus leaving you with a member of staff short!
In addition your allocated staff member for alarms may not be able to attend for a variety of reasons, ie: children at home, have had a drink etc.
The Police policy for ALL keyholders (ie: persons that are allocated for attending alarms) states that they MUST be able to attend an alarm within 20 minutes of it activating.
At 14 Services we have patrol units located in our areas of operation that are able to effectively respond to alarms within the above time frame. In addition the attending mobile patrol unit can also call in designated "back up" in the form of a trained security dog unit if the situation warrants such.
We can also arrange for broken windows etc to be boarded up thus rendering your premises secure.
Our attending Patrol Officers will leave a full report at your site informing you of the reason for their attendance & the required action that they took to resolve any issues they found.
This service can be provided for as little as £1.00 per day!
