14 Services are a Parking Enforcement Agency & are members of the British Parking Association (BPA) as well as being a member of the BPA Approved Operator Scheme.
We are LEGALLY authorised under law to issue Parking Charge Notices on areas of land that are PRIVATELY owned, ie: Land that does not come under the jurisdiction of the Highways Act. In other words land areas that have not yet been/never will be, adopted by the local Council.
A Parking Charge Notice issued by a Private Parking Enforcement Agency such as ourself is a legally enforceable charge that is issued for unauthorised parking on private land areas.
Should a Parking Charge Notice that is issued by ourselves NOT be paid then we are LEGALLY empowered to request from DVLA full details in relation to the registered keeper of the vehicle in question. If necessary legal action will then be taken in order to recover the outstanding Parking Charge Notice amount.
